An assessment report is a piece of paper that summarizes the results of an assessment report assessment. It is used to improve internal procedures by highlighting the strengths and weakness of an organization. It is often written by an outside party however, it can also be done internally. Assessments are usually conducted as part of training and development programmes or as part of a wider company performance review.

The assessment report should clearly state the results of the examination, and what actions were taken in response to these findings. They should be simple to read and include a mixture of text and images to convey information. They should also consider the design principles of the organisation to ensure that they are properly presented and align with the brand.

Evaluation of a program isn’t about identifying if students have met pre-requisite requirements and, more importantly, how they’ve developed in time and whether the curriculum has succeeded in enhancing student outcomes. Annual academic program assessment reporting is one method of proving this. These assessment reports provide evidence that programs are evaluating their curriculum, demonstrating continuous improvement and making changes in practice when the results of previous assessments are examined.
